4. Project Terms and Payment
- Quotations: All project quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment: Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. We accept payments through major freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com) and direct bank transfers.
- Milestones: Larger projects may be divided into milestones with payments due upon completion of each phase.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed is non-refundable.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause work if payments are overdue by more than 7 days.
5. Revisions and Deliverables
- We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope until you are fully satisfied.
- Requests that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.
- Final deliverables are provided upon full payment.
- All deliverables are tested for quality before delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed.
- We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Third-party assets (e.g., stock images, plugins, themes) remain subject to their respective licenses.
- Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of InfiniCore DataWorks.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
8. Website Usage
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:
- Payment is due for all work completed up to the date of termination
- Completed deliverables will be provided upon payment
- We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
